Phil Windsor has been at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Auburn since April 1, 2000. He was ordained as a Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church in November, 1970. He  served churches in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Middletown, Iowa, and Milroy, Indiana before moving to Auburn. Phil and his wife Diane have three children and four grandchildren. Phil enjoys reading, traveling, sailing, tennis, and racquetball.

Nancy McCormick, Administrative Assistant

Nancy is the cheerful voice on the phone, the friendly presence in the office, and the model of efficiency who keeps everything running smoothly. She is a lifelong Auburn resident, a graduate of Syracuse University, and brings 20 years of corporate accounting and administrative experience to Westminster. Nancy enjoys golf and gardening in her spare time. She and Gary are the parents of a young son, Joshua.

Linda S. Russell, Director of Christian Education

Linda's family has worshiped at Westminster since 1976. She joined the staff as Christian Education Director in 1991, nurturing people of all ages in their relationship with God. Linda is an ordained Deacon and Elder, and has served on both those boards at Westminster. She is president of the board of directors for Westminster Nursery School, and is also the Resource Center Coordinator at the Presbytery of Cayuga-Syracuse, Linda says that one of the joys of belonging to Westminster is that the congregation has been a family to her family in times of joy and and in times of sorrow. Linda and her husband Gerry have five daughters, one son, and seven grandchildren. Linda enjoys reading, teaching, traveling and learning.

Karen Bartlett-Morse, Director of Music

Karen has been the Music Director and Choir Director at Westminster since 2001. She also teaches vocal and general music to grades 5-12 in Port Byron, NY. She is a member of the Syracuse Vocal Ensemble. She is also a certified NYSSMA adjudicator, and travels around New York State as a judge for vocal soloists at state festivals. In addition to singing, Karen is an organist and flautist and has performed actively on these instruments for many years.

Jill is an Elder and current Clerk of Session and has worshiped at Westminster since 1980. She produces the monthly newsletter and the webpage as a volunteer. Besides her work at Westminster, Jill is also on the boards of the YMCA, Seymour Library, the Human Services Coalition, and the United Way. She works at the Cayuga County Law Library, and enjoys reading, tennis, and racquetball. Jill and her husband Mark have three children.
